Walks in Bodmin

Our walks are so popular that we will continue to offer informal strolls throughout the Summer, with an emphasis on coastal routes.

However, as this is the traditional holiday period we cannot guarantee that a trained walk leader will be available. Don’t let this put you off, it just means that you need to be confident in your ability and fitness to complete the walk at a gentle pace. Come and enjoy…

For information about how to get involved, turn up at one of our events and see for yourself! Click "More About PBTY and SBTY" on the menu at left Or contact:
Stroll Back The Years: c/o Central PCT , Sedgemoor Centre, Priory Road , St Austell PL25 5AS; Tel: 01726 627816; email: david.readman@ciospct.cornwall.nhs.uk

WARNING: This Could Improve Your Health!

Saddlebags and Secateurs!
For those who love the outdoors for more than walking, there is a regular trail maintenance programme to help the upkeep of the Clay Trails . We trim and cut back vegetation and make minor repairs to trail surfaces and boundaries that we all use!

For more information, please contact Sharon Potter on 01726 627903
